How can I return the item(s) in my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you can return them within 15 days of receiving them. The return process requires that the products be unused and returned in their original packaging. Any free or promotional items included with the order must also be returned along with the returned products.

Returns of used, damaged, or unsaleable products are not accepted. Therefore, if you suspect damage during shipment, please open and inspect the package in front of the delivery person from the shipping company. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and have the shipping company representative prepare a damage report.
